Acceptable use

Afrixolve is a marketplace for legitimate, paid project work. Do not post projects that require unlawful activity, harassment, deception, or that misrepresent the nature of the work. Do not attempt to circumvent the platform’s escrow or credentialing systems.

Payments & escrow

Employers fund a project escrow upfront. Funds release to the student when the employer approves a milestone. Afrixolve charges no platform fee — the full milestone amount is released to the student. Disputes are resolved by our support team; in rare cases, super-admin reconciliation may take up to fourteen business days.

Credentials

Credentials issued on Afrixolve attest that a student completed a specific project with a specific employer’s approval. Credentials are signed and tamper-evident. Afrixolve may revoke a credential in cases of fraud; revoked credentials remain visible on the public verification page with revocation noted.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; suspended accounts retain read access to their data for export until any outstanding payouts are settled.

Limitation of liability

Afrixolve facilitates the marketplace; we are not party to the work-for-hire contract between employer and student. The credential attests to platform-verified facts only.

Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Ghana apply. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Accra.
