What we collect

Profile data you provide (name, email, phone, programme, skills, mobile-money number). Project artefacts you upload. Operational data we generate (logs, audit trails, analytics aggregates). We do not store card data; payment information is processed by Paystack.

How we use it

To run the marketplace — matching students to projects, processing payments, issuing credentials, communicating about your activity. We aggregate anonymised metrics for impact reporting; we never sell individual records.

Data residency

Primary data is stored in AWS Cape Town (af-south-1) or an equivalent African cloud region. We comply with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

Your rights

You can export your data and request deletion at any time from Settings → Privacy. Deletion is soft for thirty days (allowing reversal) before personally identifying data is hard-deleted; counter-party records retain anonymised references.
