Six steps from project brief to paid credential.
Same model across every persona — students, employers, and educators — with mobile money, escrow, and verified credentials baked in.
- 01
An employer posts a project
An African business — SME, NGO, corporate, government agency — describes the project, defines 2–4 milestones with payment amounts, and funds an escrow via Paystack (card or MoMo).
- 02
Students apply, individually or as a team
Our match score ranks projects against each student's skills, programme, and language preference. Students apply with a cover note and optional portfolio attachments.
- 03
The employer picks; an educator can plug it into a course
Employers shortlist, accept, decline. If the project is course-linked, the educator sees milestone status alongside the rest of the class.
- 04
Students deliver per milestone
Submit a deliverable per milestone — even offline. The PWA queues your submission and syncs when you reconnect.
- 05
Employer approves; payment hits MoMo
On approval, the platform initiates a Paystack Transfer to the student's MoMo wallet. Afrixolve charges no platform fee — the student receives the full milestone amount.
- 06
Credential minted, portfolio updated
When the final milestone is approved, the system mints a signed credential. The student's public portfolio updates automatically and is shareable to LinkedIn or WhatsApp.
